The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They were prepared to deal with guests of the world via technology and an open-minded attitude. Amazing experience at Sensatei. The value for money is amazing especially the service from the exceptional staff. I felt we were very tired and demanding guests, asking lots of questions, being a bit dramatic after lots of traveling, but they were so patient, lovely and accommodating. The view was amazing, over looking mountains and the river. I never got tired of it! The Onsen is fantastic as well. Over the 4 days we were there, i went 4 times! Worth the stay and will make the track from Australia again!
