We loved it here! Everyone who wants to have a great Time in the Jungle of Sri Lanka needs to stay here. Sanyi and Madhu are so friendly and caring people. They make great Breakfast & Dinner, organize fantastic Tours and care about your happiness all the time. We feel like we found new Friends on our journey. We really enjoy our stay here!! Its just excelent, the room and the bathroom are so big, modern and clean! The room is in the middle of a beautiful green park. Also, nuwan and his family are very very nice and they are trying all the time to make sure you are ok. Nuwan took us to a beautiful place to see the Sunset. You can have dinner / Launch here and is very good!! Thanks for everything!! 😀

Heartwarming hospitality and delicious food What a fantastic stay at Sunvsh Homestay. The host Anu is very friendly as soon as the booking was confirmed she were helped to planned the trip we needed at a low price compared to other places. Location is very good short walking to Dambulla Rock Temple and City Centre. While having breakfast you can watch birds, butterflies, squirrel and monkeys in the garden. Anu's mother food is excellent. We enjoyed sri Lankan rice and curry. Definitely the best meals that we had in sri Lanka. I would recommend eating there if you stay don't miss that amazing opportunity and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend people stay here.

The stay couln't have been better! The host are extremly friendly and helpful. They welcome you from their hearts. Delicious breakfast, wonderful location at a lake, quiet. Big and very clean rooms, balcony. We had dinner there, used the laundry service, and they organized us a tuk tuk driver - Chamara - who gave us very good rates and even took us on slight detours to a beautiful lake temple, ... Wonderful stay, wonderful people, we can highly recommend staying there!

The owner arranged for me to get a tuk-tuk to the tourist attractions, which was very helpful since it was difficult to arrange a tuk-tuk by pickme. Furthermore, on the day I left the inn, he gave me a ride to the bus stop.

    I have spent a wonderful time here with Herath and his family. I loved travelling around the area with hiss tuktuk and he has shown me the wonders of Dambulla and sigriya and being super helpful all the time, I even stayed an extra night! Herath knows the beautiful spots around the village and the best sunset and sunrise views! The house has been so relaxing and comfortable and the food an authentic experience! Happy stay! 😁

    I would highly recommend this accommodation! It’s very quiet and peaceful, but close to dambulla. Pradeep is the best host you can wish for. He and his staff members made sure that we had everything we wished for. And they showed us around the village, and learned us so much about Sri Lanka and how it is to live here. They made us wonderful vegetarian food from own garden.

    Everything: the room is very comfortable, clean and pretty, the location is 5-10min away from the cave temple in a very calm area with an amazing view on the mountain, dinner and breakfast were really good, the host is amazingly friendly and very caring. He brought us some snack before dinner, we discussed a couple of hours during very tasty and generous dinner, we tasted bananas and coconuts from the « garden », he took us on a tour of his « village ». A memory that we will for sure keep with us back to France.
