Peter and Marianne provided an excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and had everything one could need. I did appreciate that there was a first aid kit, a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher in the home. The vase of yellow tulips were a lovely welcome.

We loved the cottage, it was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was a great host, she was easy to communicate with and gave us lots of ideas for restaurants, places to visit. The location was perfect for visiting the Kroller Muller Museum. I loved the palce. It is a very cozy place to stay. It gives you independence, because you have your own space and key, but also gives you a feeling that if you need anything Peter and his wife are there for you (they live in the house in front, so if you need somehting you can ring their bell). They were very kind!. The bed is AMAZING, I enjoyed sleeping very much, and also the curtains were good to maintain the room dark when I needed to rest. The place has a very well equiped kitchen, with coffe and sugar, different tea bags, and they give you chocolates as a welcome gift. Towels available for kitchen and bathroom, they have also other blankets in case you need them for the bed. The provision of toilet paper was perfect, and the location is very good: you have a sushi place nearby, as well as a supermarket, ice cream place, and the bus stop is a few minutes away. I loved it!

The house offered exactly what we needed for a two-night stay: we wanted a transit stop, but it became much more than that, enabling us to enjoy the Hoge Veluwe National Park for a full day. Despite being close to the road, the house is located in a quiet area, and we really enjoyed our evening stargazing at the terrace. The village (Otterlo) is very pleasant and has excellent tourist infrastructure, including a well-stocked local Spar (closed on Sundays, but the one in Hoenderloo is open) and a lovely local ice parlour next to the mini-farm. The Park itself did not disappoint, either: we came for the third time and there were still places to explore and see some wildlife (deer), not to mention the convenience of using the free white bikes to move around. We'd definitely like to come back.
