A truly excellent motel - absolute cleanliness and comfort, with incredibly attentive hosts. The breakfast was simply outstanding, and the whole place had such a warm, homey feel. After staying somewhere like this, it’s hard to go back to soulless hotels – so consider yourself warned! :) We absolutely loved our stay. A huge thank you to the lovely hosts for creating such a wonderful place to rest and recharge before continuing to explore the stunning nature of this beautiful country!

The location was close to everything. Kmart down the road, take away close by. Near the hwy for other Rotorua adventures. Check in was easy. The furniture is comfy. Beds were nice. The place was clean . The kitchen has everything you need including aluminium and plastic wrap. The host was very responsive when questions asked.

Craig was an amazing host with exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail that made our stay here with our 5 kids feel like a second home. There was so much here for the kids, including the beautiful backyard (the arcade machine was a bonus for the biggest kid *cough*Dad*cough*). The house itself was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed, and really comfortable. The beds and bedding were amazing. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen as if we were at home. It was also in a perfect location for our sight-seeing whilst in Rotorua - close to everything. We loved our stay here, and are so grateful to Craig for his amazing hospitality.

Clean & spacious with all amenities we needed for our quick stay, perfect for a family of 10. We booked last minute in the same day (needed somewhere to fit us all before travelling seperate ways) 3 couples + children. The price was quite high, however I would definitely stay again and it was worth every dollar. The spa and outdoor area are amazing with a beautiful view of the lake. Local fish n chip shop is yum! Luxury stay for sure and we needed time to unwind and relax before heading back to city life. This was it!
