A perfect mixture of Italian and Thai hospitality. Everyone working in the hotel was exceptionally helpful and polite, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.

All the staff members were incredibly friendly and caring. Our room met the requirements and the breakfast was very good. The best detail was that they not only let us leave our backpack in the hostel during the last day after the check-out time but they also allowed us to use the shower of our room when we came back to pick it up since the weather was really hot and we had been the whole day out. We were very impressed with that gesture.

The owner was very pleasant as we asked to have 2 rooms on the same floor and it wasn’t a problem for him. Everyday they gave 2 bottles of water. We liked that the owner did his best to solve our problems. For example, they order the taxi for us, we rented a car. So, they are were very pleasant.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated & immaculately clean. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was truly magical. The balcony provided a perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The staffs were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the well-maintained grounds that offered plenty of spots to unwind. "The Heights" is the perfect for spending the time at Phuket. Everything was perfect. Amazing villa. Amazing host and staff. Nothing was too much trouble from showing us best places to eat, help us organize trips and best place for massages. We tried them all and was not disappointed. The location of the villa was a 20 min walk to beautiful Kata beach which was ideal as we could stroll back from the beach and call into the night market for street food then sit by the pool with a chilled glass of wine and watch the sun go down. The villa had everything you could wish for and if it was nt then "Toni" ( the owner ) would accommodate.There is not enough room on this review to say how amazing this villa was. We are definitely going to stay here again. Soon.
