Very clean hotel, airco works well. Very good location, nearby Hagia Sophia, sultan ahmet mosque and top kapi palace. Very kind staff. They help you get around Istanbul. They have great recommendations and come up with solutions, should you bump into any problems. They are always ready to help, day or night. I could feel the hospitality and generousity of the services.

The staffs were very attentive and helpful!! Kudos to the team that decorated the room for a special occasion, very grateful for that. We rented 3 apartements for a family stay (13 person). The place was great, especially the deluxe apartement with the terrace, there was everything we needed. Special thank you to the lovely staff who was super helpful, we want to thank Sara from the frontdesk who helped us through the whole stay, she was lovely, did everything she could to make our stay as wonderful as possible : thanks a lot Sara !!! From the first moment we arrived, they offered us tea and coffee, helped us with the parking space. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. It happened that one day it rained, and they showed kindness by offering us umbrellas. The rooms were very clean and spacious and also modern. In the near future we will definitely come back. It is also very well placed, about 5 minutes from every tourist attraction (Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia).
