At first we booked a hotel but when we found this place we canceled the hotel and booked this. And we couldn’t be happier with that decision! We loved that the place felt more like a home than a hotel. We arrived here to relax after 5 days of safari and it was exactly what we needed. The pool area was great, the room was clean, the hosts were very welcoming and warm and the dinner made by Cecil was delicious.

I travelled around Tanzania many times so I stayed at many different places. But Mina's house is by far my favourite place. Location is super nice and quite. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean. But what I loved the most is how amazing staff there is. I travelled alone and they made sure I felt like I am at home. They took such a good care of me. I will definitely be back.

Meleji was like home! The place is a little oasi were have chill time. with the guys was so nice spending time and chatting. They help us renting a car and for other issue. Kelvin is so helpfull and a great story teller :) Also the food was very good! There is a bar and a nice garden were rest from the city and The apartment is very cozy and well equiped. We spent only one day at nomads nest, our first day in Tanzania and the next morning we went on safari. But it was enough to understand how welcoming, caring and sincere Martin and his mother Veronica were. After 2 weeks, we returned for our things as if to old friends. The accommodation itself is comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is convenient – ​​between the city center and the local airport. For us – a family of 4, it was very convenient to have the entire premises at our disposal – 2 bedrooms and a dining room. In addition to an excellent breakfast, we also ordered dinner from Veronica, our first acquaintance with the local cuisine turned out to be very successful – the food was very tasty. Martin took care of all the transfers, and this was not an easy task, since we had a lot of luggage. He also called a taxi and explained to the driver what we were interested in in the city. This was important, since the driver did not speak English. The price for everything was more than reasonable.

    Themi View is most definately one of the hidden gems in Arusha. The main house including the garden and views along the Themi River are quite impressive. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms/villa are very comfortable. I have really enjoyed my time there and look forward to returning again. I would recommend Themi View to all travelling through Arusha looking for a quiet and comfortable home away from home.
