Everything!!! ❤️ This holiday home is amazing in every way, every detail is so thoughtful and beautifully thought out. The food was all fresh and delicious and the staff extremely friendly and kind, they were at our disposal with everything we needed. We stayed at the best place in Kizimkazi village! Yasmin was amazing – she took care of everything for us, from organizing tours to making sure we didn’t miss the whales. It’s definitely worth asking her about anything you need. The house is cozy and pampering. In the mornings, we ordered delicious breakfast from Yasmin’s restaurant. We felt completely safe – there’s a guard on-site 24/7. The house is surrounded by forest, and the moment you enter the path leading to it, it feels like stepping into a fairytale. No doubt we’ll be coming back at the end of our trip. Thanks to the whole team – and big thanks to Mama Yasmin!

Mawingu lodge is a clean and wonderful place, surrounded trees and plants. The location is perfect, literally 1 min walk from the beach and 2 min walk from the village center. Orit and the employees are super friendly, and have great recommendations for things to do around. The room was big and designd beautifully, so i really felt like home. I would definitely come back again :)

I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and garden were beautiful. I would highly recommend staying at this place to anyone who is interested in staying near Paje or Jambiani. The beach is only a short walk away, and if you have a car, you can easily visit the towns of Paje or Jambiani for more shopping and exploration. Additionally, the apartments have a kitchen, so if you would like to prepare some snacks or prepare something to eat, this is also possible. Finally, Paola and her husband were very welcoming and made us feel at home the moment we entered.

I really enjoyed my time in Jambiani. The lodge is adorable and very laid back, which was perfect for me. As a solo traveler, I particularly appreciated the beach bar, which allowed me to leave me stuff while I went in the water, went for walks on the beach. Value for money is great as well - the staff was very friendly, they organized transfers, the food was great, etc. I hope I’ll be back soon!

The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away form the Jambiani beach. We had several restaurants around, on the beach and in the village. We came with a rental car and could easily park. I enjoyed the proximity with local life, far from the big beach resorts. Amka House offers a great comfort with a local life feeling. I thank deeply the manager for her good advice about visits and nice discussion about local life. Also the breakfast was great with a plate of local fresh fruits, a fresh fruit juice, pancakes and omelet.
