The location is perfect for going out into downtown Ann Arbor! The owner/host was friendly and gave us ideas of where to go while we were in town, and was very kind to us during our stay. As a bonus, there is a dog in residence who is incredibly sweet and made it even better!

Great building with great rooms. Spacious with great facilities. Everything is well considered and super clean. It’s quiet and the dawn chorus is one of the best I have ever witnessed. The house is in the middle of Kerrytown home to Zingerman’s Deli, Casey’s Tavern, the Weekend farmers market and Miss Kim’s.
