Lovely little place nestled in the trees only a short motor bike ride away from the township, they have motorbikes there to hire . Henry our host was awsum very friendly and there always to help . Great pool area to relax by .

Lovely homestay close to a fishing village. Although the owner doesn't speak English, they where really lovely. We booked 2 rooms and had diner with another British couple. Around 9 in the evening, the owner of the boat next door started singing karaoke, (the national hobby in vietnam), which was reflected in the whole bay. Such a unique experience! It is a lovely place to enjoy the impressive nature of Lang Ha Bay to the fullest!

Quiet and charming homestay in a traditional Vietnamese village on Cat Ba. Chilly the host and his whole team were friendly and helpful with arranging food, activities and transport around the island and to onward destinations. Very nice and clean homestay. The host and the family are really welcoming and kind, I was traveling alone, and I felt in a safe and warm place. They organized a hiking day that was so good. Even if the homestay is not along the sea, you can easily walk to the beaches. Definitely recommended place to stay in Cat Ba. I will come back again with a friend to do the one day cruise and we will stay in the homestay again!

The hosts, Victor and his family, are just amazing. So friendly and helpful for anything: wonderful service for breakfast; I booked the night kayaking tour to see the glowing plankton and it was so cool; I rented a motorbike and Victor showed me how to use it and where to refill the tank; I gave them the laundry and it came back clean and timely. The location is great, on the main street in Cat Ba Town, a little walk to the beaches. My room was spacious and cosy.

The family was so kind and helped us so much. The room was so clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom. The breakfast was probably the best food we have had in our entire vietnam trip. We really recommend An Homestay! Such a pleasure to stay there
