The accommodation features a pleasantly natural design. Room amenities exceed expectations, including a well-equipped kitchen and supplies. The bathroom is smaller but fully functional. The property also offers beautiful outdoor corners perfect for meditation.

It has big rooms, nice balcony with a full frame window. Clean, spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in an excellent and safe location. Within 5 minutes of walking you are starting to admire all those beautiful sightings Graz offers. Beautiful apartment, amazing city, wonderful people.

We had a Balkans trip with 8 accomodations in 6 contries. Here, in Martin's apartament we LOVED our stay the most! The apartment has everithing you need for short or long stay. Didn't need to check in (again) in some stupid online sites, after we've paied already! We arrived an hour earlier than check in time 15:00 o'clock. The apartment was ready and we didn't need to wait. Some of the things you can enjoy when staying here: Big comfortable bed and bathroom. Free parking. Good WiFi internet. Aia ja sisehoovivaatega külalistemaja Ferienhaus Am Bach asub ajaloolises hoones Kirchberg an der Raabis, 44 km kaugusel Grazi ooperimajast. The house was wonderful and had a lot of special extras and thoughtful touches.

The whole apartment was great, the furnishings were quite nice and we liked how the apartment was styled. In general, the apartment was quiet spacious. There was quite large balcony that's lovely, but we didn't get much use out of it since it was winter time. The apartment was stocked with everything that's needed, including tea and coffee pods. It was really clean, the building itself was quite quiet, so it was great for resting. The location is great, the center of the city was within walking distance as well as parking spot in the nearby garage. There's several shops and restaurants around the apartment if anything is needed.

Amazingly clean, new, has everything a family with 1 or 2 kids may need (there is a queen bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom). Espresso with coffee pods is a great touch! Easily walkable distance to the centre along charming streets or next to the Mura river. Quiet neighborhood, free on-street parking available. Great balcony with furniture so a morning coffee is a delight. Easy communication with the host, clear and simple instructions.
