From the very first moment upon setting foot at the property, it felt home. Access to the compound and to the apartment was easy and keyless, thanks to the clear efficient instructions that the hosts had timely communicated at the online check-in stage. Moreover, they had previously provided relevant preparatory information, a crucial diligence to provide a priori situational awareness of the accommodation, the neighbourhood and the city. As I had lived in the area for several years in the past, I was already aware of such. Yet I still consider this as a key point of valuation that illustrates the care and diligence with which the hosts deal with guests at all stages: before, during and after the actual stay. Their care for guest privacy and autonomy was also noteworthy, always on call for any issue that might arise, yet never being intrusive in any manner. The accommodation compound was brilliantly located in an excellent residential neighbourhood, with commerce at the doorstep, convenient infrastructure for both private and public transportation at immediate reach. The compound itself was comprised of a few recently restored traditional housing buildings, set around an internal courtyard. The unit where I stayed met the advertised expectations, comprising of a duplex apartment on the top floors of the house (accessible by both elevator and staircase). The entrance floor of the apartment had a large open area with fully-equipped kitchen facilities, living area and dining area as in the advertised photos. The fully-equipped bathroom was also on the entrance level. Upstairs there was the airy and bright attic bedroom also in open setting and typical sloped ceiling. Both entrance and bedroom floors had ample airy balconies overlooking the nice inner courtyard. The attic bedroom balcony, elevating over the roofs of most neighbouring buildings, further provided wide ample views over the surrounding areas. The accommodation is approved with honours. It's spacious and clean, the kitchen facilities are perfect, and especially, the location was very satisfying in that it's only a 10-minute walk to the city center! Also, the host's response is very fast, so check-in and check-out were very convenient compared to other apartments. I went from place to place as a traveller, but I took pictures of my apartment to recommend it to many people for the first time. I think the time I spent Alon Homes will be memorable for a long time

We had an apartment with balcony , recommend to ask for fifth or six floor. The location is great and the apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt like home coming back to the cozy apartment after long day.

My stay at this apartment was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The apartment had everything necessary for convenience: towels, dishes, a washing machine, balcony furniture, and even umbrellas for guests. It's clear that every detail has been thought through meticulously in this accommodation. The owner was also very responsive, answering all my requests quickly. Additionally, the underground parking with electric vehicle charging was a big plus. Getting to the city center was convenient with the metro, just an 8-minute ride away. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Jedno z nejlepších ubytování, které sem kdy měla. Pohodlné, prostorné a čisté. Metro 5 minut chůze. Pozní check in nebyl vůbec problém a vyzvednutí karet od pokoje bylo snadné.

Je možné využít také deposit zavazadel. Byt čistý, vše nové, výborně těsnící okna. Kousek samoobsluha Billa. V bytě kávovar včetně kapslí a mléka, sůl, čaje. 100% doporučuji.

Hotel is excellently placed for getting to the city centre either by tram, bus or S.Bahn. all three within a 5 -8 minute walk from hotel. Great location to get to with the S7 from the airport or back to the airport cheaply than by taxi or City Train. Would definitely use the hotel again.

The location is close to subway station and the neighborhood is quiet. Very friendly staff.
