From the very first moment upon setting foot at the property, it felt home. Access to the compound and to the apartment was easy and keyless, thanks to the clear efficient instructions that the hosts had timely communicated at the online check-in stage. Moreover, they had previously provided relevant preparatory information, a crucial diligence to provide a priori situational awareness of the accommodation, the neighbourhood and the city. As I had lived in the area for several years in the past, I was already aware of such. Yet I still consider this as a key point of valuation that illustrates the care and diligence with which the hosts deal with guests at all stages: before, during and after the actual stay. Their care for guest privacy and autonomy was also noteworthy, always on call for any issue that might arise, yet never being intrusive in any manner. The accommodation compound was brilliantly located in an excellent residential neighbourhood, with commerce at the doorstep, convenient infrastructure for both private and public transportation at immediate reach. The compound itself was comprised of a few recently restored traditional housing buildings, set around an internal courtyard. The unit where I stayed met the advertised expectations, comprising of a duplex apartment on the top floors of the house (accessible by both elevator and staircase). The entrance floor of the apartment had a large open area with fully-equipped kitchen facilities, living area and dining area as in the advertised photos. The fully-equipped bathroom was also on the entrance level. Upstairs there was the airy and bright attic bedroom also in open setting and typical sloped ceiling. Both entrance and bedroom floors had ample airy balconies overlooking the nice inner courtyard. The attic bedroom balcony, elevating over the roofs of most neighbouring buildings, further provided wide ample views over the surrounding areas. The accommodation is approved with honours. Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus ALON HOMES Vienna - Premium Apartments City Center - Contactless Self-Check-In asub Viinis Prateri, Püha Stefani katedraali ja Messe Wien lähedal. The apartment was very clean, comfy, quiet and safe. The location is perfect. Check-in is very straight forward and easy. Communication with owner is available and immediate, if needed. I forgot some personal belongings after check-out and it was not a problem to recover them even after a few hours. There is a Nespresso machine at the property which was a great deal for me too

Linnavaatega Citadines Danube Vienna asub 22. korrusel. Donaustadti linnaosa Viinis, Austria Center Vienna 2,6 km ja Messe Wien 4,8 km kaugusel. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, as we arrived at the end of a spring heatwave and the AC system was experiencing challenges. We moved to a new room on a lower floor and all was well. the breakfast was plentiful but expensive so we bought food at the grocery store on hte ground floor and had meals in our room. The hotel is right across the street from a metro station, so getting to sites was easy and there is a food court across the street with several dining options. I would stay here again.

I travelled with my parents and the apartment fully met our expectation, even exceeded. the size was just enough for three of us. fully equipped kitchen, clean and spacious bathroom, beautiful terrace with a nice view. The building is located very centrally with many shops, cafes and supermarkets around, yet in a very quiet street. the building itself is super accessible with nice and comfortable staircase and elevator. The host was very responsive and addressed all our additional requests in time. Will definitely visit again.

WELTWIEN Luxury Art Apartments & Free Parking asub 12. korrusel. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade linnale ja aed. The apartment was very exclusive. With a unique style and details. The host was very friendly and ready to help at any time. Easy check-in and check-out. The location is close to Schonbrunn Palace . Also nearby there was a cafe and a nice square with many shops.

Sophienne Apartments asub Viinis, 3,2 km kaugusel Viini raekojast ja 3,4 km kaugusel Viini Volksgartenist. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. Very clean and well-equipped apartment with decent size and lovely balcony. It is opposite to a subway station, with several supermarkets around the corner. The staff is very kind to allow us an early check-in as our flight arrived at Vienna in the morning.
