Service was excellent - when we checked in, we were served by Curt and he was extremely friendly, approachable and warm. Rooms were very clean and amenities provided were in good condition. You'll either get a sunset or sunrise view from the room- both incredible.

The location is in good walking distance to the high street as well as the tram station, which is 10 minutes walk. The Gloucester tree is a few minutes drive and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Pemberton. I left something behind and the host kindly sending it to me at our next destination. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of our host as we checked in on a warm and humid day the unit was cool because aircon has been turned in for us.

It was an absolute pleasure for our family to stay here. Highly recommend.
