Communications with the owner were effective and useful. The place was neat and very clean. There is a convenience store just 3 min away. We enjoyed the walk to the shore line, but it was about a 20 min hike.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms made our stay comfortable even when temperatures rose above 30°C. The location is perfect for exploring the lakes Lugano and Maggiore as well as the whole Ticino region, and it is also close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The owners and neighbors were extremely kind and helpful – warm greetings to them!

Very easy to locate the hosting and access it, with all the expected security. Complete accommodation, perfect for a few days in Lugano. It's not located in the center of Lugano, but that wasn't a problem as it's just a few meters from the lake shore.
