It was extremely large, clean, and modern, with all the utilities needed for long stays. The two bathrooms were fully equipped and spacious, the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, same for the living room. The kitchen had everything you could ever need for an extended stay. There is underground parking for two vehicles. The area is remote, quiet, away from large cities, perfect for longer stays.

This is the best apartment we have stayed in during our 9 week trip to Europe. It is right on the promenade overlooking Lake Constance, has two balconies, large rooms, extremely clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could wish for in a home including a great selection of teas. Maria, the host, shows care and hospitality in all the little touches including chocolates on the pillows and a welcome bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The accommodations exceeded all expectations. The property was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was the cozy, well-appointed room or the peaceful garden to unwind in, every detail was carefully thought out to ensure guests felt at home. The location is ideal for anyone seeking to explore the beauty of Switzerland. Leutswil offers the tranquility of rural life while being conveniently close to major attractions, scenic hikes, and charming towns. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a peaceful walk through the hills or venture out for a day trip to nearby cities, the location is perfect for all types of travelers. Amazing apartment, very clean and tidy with everything you need. The view over the city and lake was fantastic too. Easy parking and great communication from the owner.

Very close to Konstanz, Minau island, Rehin falls. The view from the house is perfect and peaceful. The hosts were very cooperative- the instruction for checking in and out were clear and were flexible regarding the checkout time. It seems they thought of every little detail to make the house perfect for guests.
