Square and forbidden city (Dongsi station is the closest and easy to get around). I will stay here again when we come back to Beijing.

The hotel itself had a lovely, tranquil vibe. Everywhere you looked, there were beautiful dried flowers and lush plants that created a calming and welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a little oasis after a day of exploring the Great Wall. We stayed in the family suite, which was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. The highlights of our stay were definitely the unique experiences offered by the hotel—making dumplings with the staff was a fun and memorable activity, and the homemade wines were an absolute treat! This hotel is a hidden gem with amazing staff, a serene atmosphere, and a perfect location for those wanting to experience the Great Wall in a more intimate, local way. Highly recommend!

Situata a 2,5 km dalla città acquatico Gubei di Miyun e dalla Grande Muraglia di Simatai e a 20 km dalla Grande Muraglia di Jinshanling, la Jumanyuan House offre camere climatizzate e un parcheggio... Such a lovely family running this guesthouse. This is my second time staying with them. I try to come back to Jingshaling every year in the fall (it is glorious ). The place is fantastic. They organize my transport from the airport for a very honest price. The food is SO MUCH and SO GOOD. XIE XIE to the lady that runs the place. If you want authentic countryside Chinese experience, this is the place.

Provvisto del Wifi gratuito, il Beijing Yasmine Serviced Apartments dista 1,1 km da Guijie Street e 2,3 km dal Tempio di Yonghegong. The host was very nice and helped us finding the place as well as being ready anytime to help us if we needed help with the apartment. Arriving, they even prepared some water bottles for us and were so kind to store our luggage after check-out. For finding the place I recommend using wechat and contact your host or go by taxi since Google Maps or booking was no help for us.

Situato a Miyun, a soli 50 m dalla Grande Muraglia, questo accogliente ostello vanta un'architettura moderna e offre gratuitamente la connessione Wi-Fi e il parcheggio. There is only one word that can describe this place: Paradise. I have travelled many countries, and it was at this small little inn in the middle of nowhere that left an everlasting impression. The innkeeper, Xiao Wei, is the most wonderful innkeeper in all of China. She cooks for you like you would expect growing up in an Asian household. The proximity of the place to your own secret 20km length of the Great Wall is the main selling point. In my 4 days here, I went up the wall 3 times because the wall is just in the backyard of this inn. Pretty insane! I also met lovely people while staying there. Chances are, the people that are willing to come all the way out here to Gubeijou will also be very lovely to other guests. I cannot stress how willing I am to return to this inn for a quick getaway whenever life gets tough.

The hotel was peak luxury, its right by the train station to Capital airport and a bunch of shopping/food in the mall, the view is incredible. The amenities are crazy amazing. They give you detergent, an umbrella, robes, toothbrush..... it's incredible. Most hotels would upcharge but no, everything is given to you! they treat you like royalty!
