You get instructions as well how to get to the apartment. The building is a bit older than you think, but the apartment is good. You have also a washing machine. Lily took care also the mandatory registration to the local police and she also welcomed us a bit earlier that the normal check-in. If you want an apartment to visit Shanghai and around it, this place was perfect for us.

This apartment is located near the metro station, which is a very big plus considering the Shanghai transport system. We are very happy with our vacation and the fact that we chose these apartments!

Comfortable beds to excellent heating and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Extra bed linen. Great location. Only a left at the gates for shopping to a full sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away. 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Lily sent us photos of where to go and of what restaurants to go to.
