Free Wi-Fi is available. The location was excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Nanjing Road and the metro station. There were plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

Every morning they bring you to the room coffee and croissant including in the price.

Only 1 km from Jing'an Temple, Shanghai Centre Serviced Apartment features self-catering apartments with well-equipped modern facilities including an iPod docking station and a satellite TV. It houses 2 swimming pools, a spa centre, a business centre, in-house sports activities and an on-site buffet restaurant. Tried the room for 6 people: very large room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen with oven and microwave, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, two balcony, Nespresso coffe machine, Apartments share some facilities (gym and swimming pool) with the Portman Ritz hotel. Breakfast was included (you get vouchers): you can choose between a western restaurant (Baker & Spice) and asian restaurant (Saigon Mama). I normally prefer western breakfast... but the quality at "baker and spice" was not so good. Even the coffee was better at the asian restaurant! Go for it! Restaurants are downstairs and you need to exit the apartment building to reach them. Personnel was kind: they will replenish coffee, and other stuff if needed. Just ask. Suggestion: ad an option to have breakfast at the "Portman's" (the Ritz reasturant). I would pay an extra to have breakfast there! It could be possible since the property of Ritz and ServicedApartment is the same. 10 minutes walk to subway station (Line 2) 50-90 minutes drive from Pudong Airport (Taxi will take about 200-250Rmb) . Plan accordingly Room rate might look expensive, but you get a good value for the money (you are in Shanghai center after all)

Location was great, our first & last meal was right next door firstly because it was convenient & lastly because it was so delicious! The subway was also just a short walk away & easy enough to figure out.

She came to pick me up from the subway. Her pre departure information was very precise and helpful. The apartment is bright and feels cozy. There is a washing machine and a dryer. The area feels comfortable with many shops and restaurants. Just about a 10 minute walk away from the subway station. The residential complex has some local flair. Drinking water was provided. The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 12 km from Jing'an Temple. The accommodation offers a lift and full-day security for guests. Amazing hosts, really sweet couple that helped us in every way, met us at the taxi from the airport and took us to the location directly even though we arrived very late in the evening! Location is slightly far out of the centre but we didn’t mind because it was nice and quiet and very easy to walk to the metro station. Really fab view from the balconette area. Super clean facilities and host was more than happy to help with anything through contacting on WeChat. Also booked us a taxi to the airport on the day of departure which saved us a lot of hassle and money! Would recommend so much !!!

The place is not far from nain city sight seens and located in the comfortable not overcrowded city area. It's close to Pudong Airport (40 min). Immaculate reception, perfect productivity of all Ascott team members. Location is not touristic in the best possible way. Every part of a charming Xuhui district is at walking distance.
