There's a kitchenette with enough utensils to cook a simple meal. An air conditioner worked well and came in handy during a sandstorm.

The apartment itself has everything you need and there is a great grocery store around the corner, plus countless good restaurants and coffee shops in east walking distance. You get all the benefit of Santa Maria’s amenities without feeling cloistered in a resort.

Location 15/10, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cleaning, everything. The host Sara was extremely nice and lovely. She helped with all our requests and questions within 30 minutes time.

The villa is very comfortable and well appointed with all the facilities you need for self catering. We particularly appreciated the inclusion of a washing machine as the local laundry costs can be quite expensive. The host was very flexible and went above and beyond helping with any help we needed. All in all, thoroughly recommended.
