We have stayed at the property for 8 days and really enjoyed it. West bank is much more calm and relaxed compared to east bank and property is perfect place for your trips to Valley of the kings and all other archeological sites. Manager Mohammed was extremsly helpful in giving tips what how and when to do. After whole day of exploring archaelogical sites the pool was a blessing. Byli jsme na tomto místě ubytováni 8 dní a opravdu jsme si to užili. Západní břeh je mnohem klidnější a uvolněnější než východní břeh a tato nemovitost je ideálním místem pro výlety do Údolí králů a ke všem ostatním archeologickým památkám. Manažer Mohammed byl nesmírně nápomocný a poskytl nám spoustu tipů, co, jak a kdy dělat. Po celodenním objevování archeologických nalezišť byl bazén skutečným požehnáním.

Peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery. The meals are stellar, host is kind & helpful. The room is incredibly comfortable. Wish we had been able to stay longer, highly recommended!

We booked last minute, and couldn’t had been happier in this place. 5-star service, no kidding. Too cheap for what it offers. The staff is amazingly kind and caring. I’d like to highlight MAHMOUD, which was by far the best staff person we encountered in Egypt (maybe in the world?). He did everything he could to double/triple check if everything was perfect. Again, 5-star service for a very low price. The room is large, good A/C, clean facilities, good bathroom. The hotel have a in-house restaurant which is very good. Breakfast is also pretty good.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. We got a welcome drink upon our arrival and a member of the staff offered us a drive to the hotel when he saw us walking on the street to the direction of the hotel. The room was quiet, well equipped and clean. In addition, the bathroom was also clean and it was equipped with shampoos and shower gels. The breakfast was tasty and we could have as many coffees as we liked (which is an important point for a coffeeholic person like me :D). We could store our luggage for free at the hotel after the check out on our last day. After returning to the hotel in the evening, we got a towel and we could also chill near the pool and freshen up in the bathrooms before leaving to Cairo at night. We also booked a private felucca sunset tour with dinner through the hotel which was an amazing experience. The pickup was punctual and the food was really tasty. Our guide and captain Hamada was very friendly, talkative and he took great pictures of us. It was one of the best experiences during our time in Egypt. A big thank you to all! شكراً

I highly recommend staying at Luxor villa hatshepsut for many causes the first thing because the appartment is very clean , comfortable and safe The second thing because the owner who is Mohammad is a very kind and generous person who recieved you as one of his family and arrange for you everything with a very good and acceptable price thank u for everything Mohammad ❤️

Really THE best hotel to stay in Luxor. The owners Mahmoud and his brother Mohammed created their own little paradise in Luxor, and were willing to share it with us. They made our stay very pleasant and were so helpful. They always asked if we were ok, if our room was ok, or if we needed anything else. As they are locals to the area, they also have many connections, which we made use of when organizing some tours. And they are very sincere and honest about the prices, as their main goal is to make their guests happy and feel at home, and not to make a quick buck from organizing tours. They also cook delicious Egyptian style dishes, made from fresh ingredients bought on the same day. Tasneem Palace is conveniently located on the West Bank, near the public pier. It only takes a few minutes by foot, in case you would like to visit the East bank side of Luxor. Their rooms have everything you need. The beds are comfortable with nice warm blankets, a spacious bathroom and we even had a living room with a small kitchen and a refrigerator and stove. How incredible is that 👍!! All in all, just amazing. I can’t praise Tasneem Palace enough, as it is just such a great place to stay. You won’t regret it, as Mahmoud and Mohammed will make sure you will have an incredible time.
