The view from our room with balcony was amazing, also the terrace where we had all our meals had the same spectacular view! The food was really good and tasty, always fresh - local Egyptian. I am vegetarian and they were so kind to offer more options that were not on the menu. The location was lovely - in a part with mostly locals, very quiet, far from the city chaos.2 min by walk the closest shop. The hosts and staff made us feel there like at home and even as a part of family - such a unique atmosphere! We would come back just because of them! They were very kind, helpful, informed us about things we need to know to move around, always helped with taxis, cars, tours.

She is the most beautiful property owner we have ever seen. Come to see this person first, then the Pyramids! Mrs. Susan was very caring, kind and attentive to me and my family. This lady will organize the tours you want for a very reasonable price. Just trust this lady, trust her a lot! There is also a taxi driver named Muhammed. This Muhammed is a very good person and a very educated guide! Mrs. Susan knows this person very well and advises him as a driver and as a guide!

The residence is completely new, kept very clean and safe. It has all the amenities that you may need for both a short and long term stay. There are also shops around the place, a bank and delivery can bring you anything else you need. Agatho is super kind and attentive, and has made my stay very enjoyable. It's one of the best villas choices in Giza and only 200 metres from stores and main road in shiekh Zayed. Swimming Pool is great with beautiful Garden. Gated community compound and security 24h . I can't get enough words to thank Mr Mohamed for his professionalism and warm welcome.

Best value for money, everything is clear no surprises. The host Islam is very kind and cooperative. I spent there 3 weeks and I had no problem.
