The pool was also nice and the reception were respectful and they helped us with eyerything. We would like to go there again.

Roberto, the host, was super friendly and attentive to our requests. He gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay there when we visit Tenerife again.

Receptionist Javier and bar staff all lovely and helpful.

The servers Nacho and Alexis?/from Madrid also quite personable and provide exceptional service.
