Granted, the room may not have the most modern look, but we were happy nonetheless: the room was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen has many utensils. The biggest asset of this guesthouse? The host: a very kind and welcoming lady who helped us on our way multiple times. This hospitality was also reflected in all common areas, which were breathing a cozy 'welcome home'-atmosphere. I would most definitely book here again.

It offers self-catering accommodation with classic décor, a kitchenette and private bathroom. WiFi and parking are free. Excellent location and awesome place to stay close to Lappeenranta. The "history room" is super, it's very spacious and it's fully furnished with everything. The host is very nice and helpful in explaining what to do in the nearby area and in Rutola village. Nearby there's a GP Grilli which is excellent. I highly recommend it if you're passing by!
