Dotato di zona spiaggia privata e vista sul mare, Marina appartement sur l’eau è un alloggio ubicato a Le Grau-du-Roi, a 900 metri da Plage Sud e 27 km da Parco delle Esposizioni di Montpellier. A beautifully clean and stylish space in a super peaceful spot with a lovely view. Stéphanie was so accommodating when we arrived late and am incredibly warm and welcoming host. Highly recommended.

(In fact, we miss it having moved to another area in France.) The grill, patio area, comfortable beds, rain shower, private parking spot, air conditioning, proximity to the beach, and fully stocked kitchen. Our hostess was a delightful person as well.

Entre mer et pinède si trova a Le Grau-du-Roi, a 500 metri da Spiaggia di Boucanet e 18 km da Parco delle Esposizioni di Montpellier, in una zona dove potrete praticare il ciclismo. Excellent base to enjoy the area. You are very close (5 min walk) to Boucanet Beach which is very beautiful, golden sand, and relatively quiet. On the way to the beach is a small shop. Directly on the other side of the property is a nature reserve where you can make a nice walk, particularly once you cross the road that cuts through it. Le Espiguette is the star beach of the region in my view, there is a naturist part you may find attractive if you are into that. For good coffee and healthy food, I recommend Alma in La Grande Motte. The house is very comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the deck which has sliding doors on either side. The house has two bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom, toilet and living room downstairs, which is very handy if you and your company have different rythms. There is even a fence on top of the stairs, keeping your small kids safe.

Camera, bagno e cucina molto puliti e ben arredati. Ospiti molto gentili e pronti alle nostre richieste. Condigliatissimo!
