It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, cosy and very quiet. Jean Luc met us and showed us around and also served us breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was also excellent. We had parking directly outside and it was a nice quiet street and about a 10 minute walk to the Avenue de Champagne. I would definitely recommend this place and if I was ever to return I would stay here.

Châlons Vatry Airport is 23 km from the property. We only stayed one night for a stopover en route to the Alpes and this was a great choice. There was very convenient free parking adjacent to the building, easy access with a key code for door entry. Only a 10 minute walk in to the centre of town for bars and restaurants.

When ever possible when travelinfg to and from France I chosse this gite. Also this route through the belgian Ardennen to Orlean and the south is much nicer that over Paris. This area is also very beautiful
