It is a few minutes walk from the train station. The bedroom was spacious, clean and very well kept. The facilities were, likewise great and lots of space. The comunual room is large and good to relax and watch some TV after visiting the area and the presence of a small fridge is great.

Swanage is a lovely place and the shops/restaurants/beach can be easily accessed by walking, it is a great base to explore Dorset by car. For supplies you can walk to the local Spar in one minute and to the larger Co-op in about 5 minutes. Bathroom was great, the shower was spacious, hot and easy to use but could do with more power. Overall I can definitely recommend this place and would love to return.
