The place was also very reasonable in terms of the facilities- everything you need as a short-term guest as myself was there. I stayed at a double bed deluxe room. I forgot to bring my travel plug for the UK, but in the room there were options to charge via USB 2.0, and even USB-C. I also really liked that there were no physical key, but they send you individual doorlock code personally, so it felt very safe and efficient. The location was superb, very central and can travel to all landmarks easily. There is a big mall right next to the accommodation, which is also very handy. Overall, I loved the execution, and the whole experience was smooth. I also liked that there is no personal contact for arranging things, but that could just be me. Highly recommend!!! I will be staying here again when I come to London.

They did their utmost best to accommodate me on my early check-in as well as granting my room request to a different floor and also quieter. There were a couple of hen nights happening that weekend and I asked if they could put me on a quieter floor which they did. I really appreciated the consideration. The room was a perfect size for a me (solo traveller). Comfie bed, ample amount of space to move around and also very quiet. The reception area which is on the 9th floor looked nice and chill. There's a bar and restaurant there. I didn't have the opportunity to check it out myself but when I popped in quickly, it looked really cool and chill. Great location as well! About an 8 minute walk to the Arndale area. It's located right next to China Town area in case you love Asian cuisine. :)
