Being tucked away with just a couple of horses for neighbours, in a stylish and immaculately clean studio, a stones throw from the heathland was perfect. We were asked about dietary requirements in advance and just hoped we might get some nondairy milk, we got so much more - mushrooms, bread, jam, marmite, plant based butter (not marg), cereal, granola, berries, orange juice, tea and coffee and all good quality (Waitrose). Honestly excellent :)

Good parking. Very good for easy access to anywhere in the new Forest. It is about 5 mins walk from the centre of Lyndhurst which has numerous very good shops, pubs and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was perfect with a very good selection of cereals and cooked food. The coffee was excellent! The hosts are very nice and are keen to make your stay memorable. Pretty much the perfect B&B.
