Very good price for Tblisi. It is a true guesthouse in a local resident compound. If you like this type of accommodations , you love it. Don’t be put off by the entrance and the external facade. The lady host is very sweet and very nice. She was there to greet us at 4am! We returned to the same place when back from our tour. Parking is available You will need to climb 3-+1 stairs just be advised. Room is basic but comfortable, has TV and Fridge. Great view

Checkin was simple, the property is down an alley but it's literally 15 metres from the best part of Tblisi and just 100 metres from the Old Town and great restuarants. Everything works in the partment, and it was super clean - especially the bathroom.
