To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.

It's a good basis for exploring the south coast of Chios with it's amazing beaches. There's on site parking place, the wi-fi connection was good throughout our stay. Everything was super clean and the kitchenette fully equipped for our needs. On our departure, the host kindly gifted us mastiha liqueur and mastiha cream to prepare cold beverages. We really enjoyed our stay!

The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The house was spotless and well-organized, with clear instructions for everything. Its proximity to the city was a major plus, making it convenient to explore. Highly recommend!

Everything was extremely clean, everything was well arranged inside apartment (space for ur clothes, fridge, sandwich maker, coffee machine, table inside apartment, table on the terrace) you can find inside everything you need (different types of coffee, water, various hygiene products - I even found makeup remover!!! 😍). The location of apartment is great, right in the city centre, easy to access everything very quickly, surrounded by good restaurants, cafes and shops, supermarket, etc., and also you can park right in front of the door. The host is a great person, very friendly, always helpful which gave to us recommendations for everything we needed (car rental, destinations on island, beach places, taxi, restaurants), always available on phone for help and questions. Also the host speaks 4 languages which is extremely helpful!!! We stayed 4 days and we loved the place! We are recommended this place to our friends and to anyone who wants to visit Chios!
