Volcano Atitlan is 24 km from the apartment. We had a very pleasant stay at Nicolas House! The location was great and really close to the arrival point of the boats in San Pedro. The apartment was spacious and clean and communication was always quick. The hosts were also really kind in helping us to plan our activities at the lake :)

He connected us with his cousin who gave us a great rate for the drive from Guatemala City straight to the property. There’s amazing street vendors for food literally every street you walk down, it’s right by the Mirador, a 5 minute walk to all the best parts of the city and 10 minutes walking to the lake. The view from the roof is beautiful. The property itself was really clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfy. I honestly can’t say enough. We loved our stay here.
