We only stayed one night and unfortunately it was raining, however the property was lovely, we booked massages, and the room was warm and comfortable. The staff at Ara Garden Inn deserve special mention, they were so so kind and helpful throughout our stay!

I had such a great time here, accompanied by the awesome host Jofans and his wife Yayuk. It’s rare to find such a warm space in the colder weather of Ruteng. I recommend Chacha homestay more than any other homestay I encountered in Indonesia, as I’m becoming emotional because I have to leave in a moment.

Outstanding service from Paulo and his family were very welcoming from the beginning and they offered to help in many ways (including booking the trip to the islands). We enjoyed the breakfast. Also, they can do laundry if needed and it was much appreciated. Room was comfortable, spacious and AC working as well as comfortable bed. Paulo made sure we were not missing anything and felt just like at home.
