Situato a Tomohon, a 26 km da Porto di Manado, l’alloggio Talaga Tomohon Home Stay and Fishing Pond prevede giardino, WiFi gratuito, cucina in comune, e servizio in camera. By far the best homestay I stayed in in Sulawesi. Rooms are big and spacious and the host can arrange anything and guide you for a small price. The breakfast is very local and good too. I highly recommend.

Absolutely stay here, it was a highlight of our trip! We stayed for almost a week and had such a nice time. The room is comfortable, breakfast is wonderful, the shared bathroom is no problem as only shared with one other room. We rented a moto and had fun seeing the places recommended. Shower was hot. But the star is your host - extremely helpful and caring. He even got my partner a birthday cake for his birthday, and picked us up from the bus station! He is a guide and loves to share his knowledge

I got a sunburn and without asking they just gave me some aloe vera. Rhe dolphin tour is also amazing !!!! Highly recommended

And above that, Meyske (and also David!) is a fantastic host and warm person (who cooks amazing!). About the house; first of all you will be surrounded by original Toraja houses (tongkonan), the colours and decorations inside are very cosy and welcoming. The house has no windows, therefore it is always fresh and nice temperature :) your room has a klamboe against insects and the matras is nice. The breakfast and diner, which Meyske mostly makes herself, where the best food we ate during our journey through Sulawesi. The house is situated in a nice little village 15 min out of Rantepao. Beautiful surroundings, near by the mountains, and of course surrounded by the culture of the Torajan people. This culture is very very special. Meyske is also a guide who knows everything about this ancient religion. So she can guide you and give answers to all your questions. Thanks for everything!

Mama Tia is the excellent homestay and suitable for whom want to connect with locals and nature. It's a bit far from downtown but it's not a problem. The owner is an acknowlegable local guide who can suggest and manage to explore Toraja and help you to book your next trip.

Sunset Guest House & Bar si trova a Bunaken ed è una struttura solo adulti con una zona spiaggia privata, una terrazza e un bar. this homestay was really really nice. the food 3x a day (7-9am, 12.30pm, 7.30pm) is soooo good. best food i had in indonesia, and different meals each time. Helmi and his wife and family are so nice. there's even a tofu restaurant small business in the front of the homestay, very cute. it's on the beach which is great, easy to rent snorkel gear (about 50k/day) and a motorbike (also about 100k/day). right next door to Blueshark diving, Dion and Jeffrey and the crew here are awesome. The snorkeling is also nice right at the reef at the property, just swim like 50-100m out (takes 5 mins). Amazing sunsets. Room is simple. A bit hot in the mornings. There's free coffee/water/tea. Bathroom is simple, just 1 bathroom shared with 3 rooms. i hope to stay again!
