Our room was very nice and well appointed. It has a great private bathroom and private sitting area right outside the bedroom. The hosts, Brendan and Carol were fantastic! They gave us many useful suggestions about what to see and recommended a great local pub to visit and local restaurants. They were both a delight to talk to and Carol made the most incredible homemade breakfast! It was the best breakfast we had anywhere on our trip! We highly recommend Cedar Blue if you are visiting in Dungarvan, Ireland.

My stay was very quiet and peaceful. The location was right in the centre of the village with parking right outside the front door. Everything we needed was very handy, and the owner couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

The owner , Paudie , met us upon arrival. He was super nice and friendly. Very welcoming. We slept better here than anywhere we stayed in Ireland. It was quiet and very clean. It felt like home. Its a couple miles off the main road, but very easy driving even in dark. The owners put alot of pride and effort in every detail and being organized. We would love to stay longer than one night if ever we travel to this area of Ireland again.

The room was large and comfortable, the deck was perfect for looking out at the countryside and sipping wine. Our host, John Joe, was very welcoming and informative about the area. He made a delicious breakfast as well! Truly, one of the nicest people we met on our vacation. I was also very happy to meet Tilly, the little farm dog. It was a very relaxing stay, and so close to the little town of Dungarvin.

My husband and I stayed at Glenart House on the 29th of October for his graduation in Waterford, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Before we arrived, the owners kindly confirmed they had a steam iron and even placed it outside our room for us. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Majelle, who showed us to the Green Room, a cozy, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped space. She was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. We also met Mr. Frank, who was friendly, genuine, and full of wonderful stories from his 35 years working at the university. The location is lovely, just a short walk to the beach, and the hospitality was exceptional. Frank even offered us a lift to the university on the day of my husband’s ceremony, and Majelle took lovely photos of us before we left. Overall, it was such a welcoming and memorable stay with a truly wonderful couple. We absolutely cherished the experience and would highly recommend Glenart House!
