It is convenient, easy to find parking space, reasonable price, full of kitchenette. There are a lot of heaters in the room and the beds are comfortable. If I have a chance to stay in Reykjavik in the future, I would love to stay at this place again.

It was the best apartment hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend staying here. The apartment was well-equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, allowing our family to cook with ingredients we bought from the supermarket. The location is great, with easy access to the city. Having a Bonus supermarket nearby was also convenient. You can park freely in front of the apartment.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the dishes/utensils needed for cooking! There is a Bonas mkt 5 min walk for groceries. Bed very comfortable and floor heating great. Shower with good pressure. Location excellent could walk everywhere easily, as I was there during the recent record-breaking snowfall that was a definite plus!! Also free parking outside of building. New apartment with great localization, nice stuff communication, and a cool window view. My family and I liked the stay in this apartment very much.

We were very surprised, that there is a coin laundry in the house. The apartment is very pretty and cosy. View is stunning.

Beautiful and new apartment with everything we needed. Very close to downtown and with free parking spaces outside. We had a wonderful stay!!

We stayed two nights here on late November and made a very last minute reservation on the same day. But very satisfied with our decision. Location: it is not in the middle of the city but it is great because it has ample free parkings outside the building. It is very convenient for us to load and unload our big luggages and the building has a lift. We drove to the city and park few hours when sightseeing. It's a walkable distance but during winter it was just too cold for us. It has eateries and a Bonus supermarket next door. Owner/manager: fast response. We communicate through this app and get fast prompt response. Though we booked few hours before check in, the apartment is ready, clean and self check in instruction is clear and easy to understand, easy to access. The locals living there are also nice and friendly. Facilities: washer and dryer available in common space. However we can't comment on details because we didn't use it. We just dry our small items in the house on the heated drying racks. Kitchen facilities are good, managed to cook with ease and the owner also left some basic seasonings and maybe items from previous guests. I like that they didn't throw away perfectly good items. We're able to use it as well.👍 The apartment is cozy and homely. Would stay again for future visit and stayed even longer. Very comfortable, feel safe and in summer maybe we can use the big terrace. The owner cares about the details because the plates and bowls and the vases are the nice ones.
