The site is beautiful, amazing views. Got the quadruple tent site; has balcony and comfy beds and a heater. Breakfast $15 pp and supper $50 pp can be pre-ordered. It is brought to your site, and you cool it. Everything needed is provided. Showers and bathrooms are just a short walk away. You can rent a fire pit and but wood there. You can rent an e-bike for $25 pp for the entire day. Still had 70% battery by the end of the day. There is a shuttle, needs to be booked. Does not run late at night. Staff were friendly.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. Everything - room was way bigger than expected, with 2 full size rooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and a sitting down area. Also, the hot tub/private onsen was way bigger than it seemed in the photos, and could easily fit 2 people at the same time. The onsen room was also way better looking than in the photos. Also, despite saying that it doesn’t serve dinner, the ‘light meals’ at the lounge are more than enough to satisfy given you can take as many as you want, and quite delicious. My favourite meals here were during the tea time though, so make sure not to miss it.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Masaki, who delivered and explained our dinners, was the highlight! He was so friendly and did a great job! Breakfast and dinner were incredibly tasty. You must visit the rooftop foot spa on a clear day, for a spectacular view of Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake. Convenient location, free shuttle from/to Kawaguchiko station, room and public onsen were incredibly clean, got to enjoy karaoke and I highly recommend the private bath with the view of Mt Fuji.

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and attentive - everyone from the shuttle bus driver and receptionists to the restaurant staff. Mount Fuji is visible from the rooms and also from the nice little onsen on the top floor. The shuttle bus service is very convenient to and from Kawaguchiko station. Both the dinner and breakfast were great and plentiful. The view gets a bit better as you go further along the lakeshore away from Kawaguchiko station, but we found Hotel Asafuji to be good value for money and the wonderful service made it a very pleasant stay.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The rooms, the staff and the property! Everything was perfect

Have board games, and we played mahjong! Most wonderful thing is, waking up and see Mt Fuji; having meal while we view Mt Fuji!

We loved that the home was quiet, spacious and well-furnished, with many communal spaces on the ground floor that offered ample opportunities for interactions within our group

Mount Fuji is just behind the place. Wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Very near to restaurants, Family Mart & 7E are just 5 minutes walk. Fuji-Q also just walkable.
