We loved everything about our visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway near Mount Fuji. We can’t wait to return!

Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

Very polite and courteous with us.

Highly recommended!! The facilities are very new. You can find everything you need in the kitchen and also in the bathroom. There are two bathtub and you can also enjoy sauna there. The view is also fantastic where you can see the whole Fuji mountain by just opening the window.
