This is an excellent property, minutes away from the town center but what sets it apart is the attention to detail and great service We stayed in the cabana, a two-storied cottage next to the main building. It’s a lovely place with a sitting area on the ground level and the bedroom upstairs. The photos of the interior on the website show a luxurious, well-fitted space and the place lives up to this in every way. We were here in end November and the Christmas Tree was up adding a festive touch Food is good and plentiful (Tip: Opt for the Sri Lankan curry and rice) and service is outstanding. Nestled among the sprawling tea plantations on the edge of the reservoir, the villa was simple but very comfortable, with a lovely view of the rolling green hills. Throughout our stay, Dhammika was a massive help, even driving us to the foot of Adam’s Peak in his tuk tuk at 1:30am and then showing us the various waterfalls and tea factories. He was a fount of local knowledge, and the breakfasts and dinners prepared by his wife and mother-in-law were delicious! Thank you, Dhammika!
