Loved the place and Tony is a fantastic host that cares about guests having the best of their time while in Jaffna. Location was perfect, 50mts from the bus stop, in a quite area in front of a gorgeous park and a very short walk or bike ride from restaurants and the city centre and fort. Tony and his partner were super helpful with any matter or question I had. They helped me arrange a bicycle to go around town, a tuktuk tour of the northern side of the peninsula, and find good dining spots. Breakfast was good, based on local foods - they even made it take away on my last day as I had an early bus. I had a private bathroom, which was perfectly clean and the shower was great. Although my room was in the ground floor, I never had any issues with noise coming from common areas.

It was a genuine home from home stay If I ever were to come back to Jaffna, I would not have hesitation in staying here. He has taken some very simple and effective measures to keep the mossies out. Breakfast was excellent He has only 2 rooms I would STRONGLY ADVISE that you book this well in advance. I am 100% confident that people will not be disappointed unless you are the type of person who prefers a really high-end 5-star luxurious stay. In which case you pay the price accordingly. This place offers excellent service and has to be best value for the money

Objekat Berty's Cottage Home Stay se nalazi u gradu Džafna, na 16 min. Realy nice host. They give us everyday a different lovely homemade breakfast. So nice. They organice if you like nice trips.

Very clean, modern house and the family is very nice and super friendly. They made you feel welcome and helped with finding my way around Jaffna by letting me know bus times etc to go to Nainathive. Shared some puja food as well and it was a great experience. They also made sure that tea is available before I left even though it was super early morning. Thank you very much for your hospitality and would love to come back!

This property is super clean, it shines .!The proprietor is helpful and he allowed us to leave bags in our room when we we went on a trip to delft island, basically he gave us the rooms free for that extra night as he was quiet at the beginning of the season in Jaffna , he is a kind relaxed gentleman, he is not doing food at the moment but he provided a good kitchen with microwave , kettle and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery in his beautiful home apartment, the apartment had a huge terrace balcony for relaxing. This place is an oasis inJaffna and very peaceful. Great location short distance to centre
