The host was very gentle and recommended us a guided tour in the local cooperative of pottery. This was an unforgettable experience that we would never have seen if we had an unguided visit. Furthermore, the riad was wonderfully enlighten in the evening and the staff did their very best to serve us the best foods!

In some units there is a dressing room for guests to change in. This is a beautiful place quietly located a couple blocks from the main square. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise and enjoying a delightful breakfast from the rooftop balcony. This place radiates a warm and welcoming appeal and I found the bed very comfortable. Although I don't speak French or Darija, we were able to communicate effectively (partly with a translation app) and he was extremely hospitable and accommodating. I also found the area very nice to explore on foot and met many very friendly people around the city.

For the fact it’s in the middle of a desert, it’s very clean and comfortable with amenities you would expect from something in the city. The hosts are very friendly and help you in anyway they can 100% will return if I come back to Morocco! The hosts always go the extra distance to help you out, for example the camels were late (not the camps fault) so they drove our hire car to meet us at the end point so we could get on our way because we was pushed for time. The night sky was breathtaking and the sunrise was exceptional! So 10/10

The exceptional design of the building conveys a relaxed ambiance that also keeps the building cool throughout the midday heat. The staff is great as is the food. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. The surrounding area from the mountains, farms, historical sites and villages gives great opportunities for hiking around. I would highly recommend this kasbah.

He made wonderful recommendations and his restaurant is a must try! His cooks prepared for me the best beef and date tagine. My spouse had an extraordinary chicken couscous tagine! A special thank you to our server Sofiane who is charming and charismatic like the owner! We will definitely return and recommend this Riad to our friends and family. Featuring city views, Kasbah Maktob Tamnougalt in Agdz provides accommodation and a garden. The property was built in 1933 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The guest house features a restaurant serving African cuisine, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. By far, my favorite place I visited in morroco. It's quiet, removed, and everything I was looking for. Mustapha has rebuilt this broken down Kasbah into a beautiful authentic style guest house full of warm hospitality and a taste of beber culture. He is a gentleman, an artist, musician, chef and a beautiful respectful host.
