He was patient and prompt in replying to our queries and even gave us valuable local recommendations in terms of food and places to explore. The apartment exceeded our expectations with floor to ceiling windows on a high floor with an amazing view. The living room and bedrooms were large, clean, comfy and had all amenities provided. Property facilities include a gym and an infinity pool on the 29th floor with a jaw dropping view overlooking the Penang bridge to peninsular Malaysia. Location was great too with a short drive to Fisherman Wharf foodcourt/ waterfront park and Gurney Plaza/Paragon/park, for affordable meals and scenic walks/runs in recreation parks next to the sea.

Parking is always my main concern when staying in Georgetown, and this place exceeded expectations by providing two easily accessible parking spaces per room. The security and safety are excellent, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with plenty of towels provided. All basic facilities were complete, including a well-equipped kitchen, even though we did not use it. The host was extremely helpful, easy to reach, and very responsive. The location is within walking distance to Georgetown’s attractions for adults, though it may be less convenient for those traveling with young children. Overall, this stay was absolutely worth the price, and we would happily choose to stay here again on our next visit to Georgetown.

We were in apartment 6 which was on the top floor. Very quiet on an evening. Lovely balcony area and great views also. Very well kept. Location also very good as there is plenty to do in the surrounding area.

The host was prompt in replying enquiry and very much accommodating to my request for an early checkin. The place was clean and comfortable, better than most hotels in the area, they even provide free wifi & netflix/satellite tv channels. Definitely will book again in future.
