The moment we arrived, we experienced above and beyond hospitality. We were picked up from the bus station upon our arrival and taken to our room. The facilities were clean and when we asked for blankets due to the cold weather, the response was very quick. The wifi is good. The masala tea is great and the organisation of activities was very seamless. The guides we had kept us safe for our two day walking safari trip. We had very knowledgeable guides who were passionate about their profession and extremely professional (Tilak and Som). They answered any and every question we had. I really do recommend spending the night during the safari as you get to experience the sunset and the nighttime right by the jungle. We saw elephants, rhinos, bears, loads of different exotic birds, peacocks, monkeys, etc. We were two girls with our two guides and we felt very safe and that the guides are in control. Upon our return, we spent one more night in town and then the owner kindly took us to the bus station. I would come back 100% and recommend to friends and family. A rhino even came to chill at the property early in the morning.

Room is clean, good food, silent location for a good sleep not far from bus station (15minutes walk ) and also to centre.

Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is delicious, and the athmposfere is very warm; they make you feel as a member of the family. The location is superb, and if you are lucky, you can spot some rhinos walking right in front of the hotel. The owner at the front desk is very kind and helpful. He speaks very good English and perfectly arranged all our sight-seeing activities during our stay. They rent bikes as well.

The guides he is working with (in my case Yam and Kiran) are very nice people, highly knowledgeable and will introduce you to the plentitude of wildlife in Chitwan.

Very helpful staff and excellent amenities. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Tasty breakfast and great coffee (real cappuccino ;-))
