The beds were incredibly comfortable, shower was great and warm, with a clean toilet, the view and location made it a 10, as the bedrooms can look to either the sunrise or sunset. And to top it off, the food was insane - best Nepali veg curry I’ve ever had.

The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.

The room had charging plugs right near the bed, and each room is its own floor so the bathroom — adjacent — is private. There is a water dispenser and a kettle on each floor as well. Bobby suggested that we use the roof are to dry clothes, but he also provides a clothespin rack inside (it’s monsoon season). Bobby was super helpful — met me at the airport, showed us where to change money, helped us buy umbrellas, booked our Tourist bus to Pokhara, arranged for a taxi pickup, and each was a value-for-money experience. He let us store our luggage for our days away for a small fee. The room is only fan-cooled, but I’d gladly put up with the “a little steamy” for the location and the support.

The host is so friendly and was helping with all questions. The property is in the historical center of Durbar Square, so location was perfect for sightseeing. The room is comfortable and equipped with all needed facilities, also it was fine to cook in the apartment and also it was possible to use washing machine. Wifi worked well all the time.
