This was my second visit to the cottage, and it was just as fantastic as the first time. Everything about the place feels cosy and warm, making it a perfect retreat. The location is spot-on – peaceful yet convenient – and the hosts are truly welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. One of the real highlights is the breakfast – a massive bonus that sets this place apart. It’s clear a lot of care and thought goes into every detail, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

The property is non-smoking and is located 6.3 km from Central Otago District Council. Everything was great. The host was congenial and helpful. It was obvious that she takes pride in her units. Facilities and supplies went above and beyond what one normally gets. The unit is nicer than shown in the pictures. The view from the patio window was excellent (orchards, river valley, mountains). One could sit outside and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Parking was good. Location was outside Cromwell, close walking trails and fruit stands. However, it was still quick and easy to get to the town center. If we were to stay again in Cromwell, we'd choose this accommodation again.

This property is the best one during my trip in New Zealand. Not only for all the facilities with top 1 cleaniness, but also for the hospitality from the owner. We forgot our foods in the fridge while the owner contacted us immediately and kept them for us to pick up during the trip. I recommend this property not only for its location with a super nice view of the garden and stargazing, but also for the property quality and owner's hospitality.

This apartment provides a tennis court as well as a terrace. Wonderful host, who was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area. The suite was clean and spacious, equipped with a microwave, fridge, TV and a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was just what we needed after biking for 3 days. Historic downtown Clyde was a pleasant 15 minute walk. Highly recommend.
