Ania also went above and beyond by giving us fantastic tips on things to do and, more importantly, what to avoid to ensure we had the best experience without falling for any tourist traps. Adding to the charm of Riva were her adorable pets a sweet dog Lucian and two lovely cats who made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality, this is it! Everything was perfect, and if we ever go again to Bocas we will stay here! Highly recommended!

The service provided by Alex and Choy was absolutely impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in the most incredible and personalized way, with a special touch: our names were displayed on a welcome sign—a thoughtful detail that made all the difference. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a true delight. We stayed in a room with a jungle view, and hearing the soothing sounds of the animals was a unique and relaxing experience. The service was flawless, whether at the tables, on the beach, or by the pool. Everything was designed to make us feel pampered at all times. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation, and we will definitely be returning!

The casita was beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a cozy kitchen to comfy beds and a peaceful outdoor space. It’s the perfect tropical escape, combining comfort, natural beauty, and genuine hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

Some units feature views of the sea or garden. Great accommodation between sea and jungle, away from the city hustle. The only sound you hear are the sea waves and birds. The room was spacious and comfortable, the patio with kitchen was a huge plus, especially during rainy days. We loved that they changed our bed sheets every 2 days, which nowadays doesn't happen even in 4 or 5-star hotels. Nadia and Salvatore go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They gave us a lot of tips for our tours and ways to explore the island. I can definitely recommend this place and would book it again!

All come with garden views, while some units feature bay views. Absolutely loved Dolphin Bay Hideaway! The atmosphere and staff were amazing. Amy and Brian really made us feel welcomed, and it will be a place we will always remember. JA's food was outstanding! Brian's nature walk and evening boat cruise were highlights of our stay. Dolphin Bay Hideaway far exceeded our expectations.
