The owner was very kind and welcoming. The room was lovely & cozy, and the atmosphere is very backpacker-friendly. There are power strips in my room. Shared chairs, bathroom, couch and a powder room in the hallway where are all kept very clean.

They also have a local restaurant with good Thai food and offer Thai or International breakfast. Do not expect a luxury stay, but excellent for those who are looking for a peaceful escape in rural areas.

From the moment I arrived on the property to my last, I was treated so kindly by everyone here. The boat house was clean, had everything (and more) that I needed, and the staff went above and beyond to be sure I was content my entire stay. They have bicycles you can use and there is a nice cave to visit nearby! They also created and organized an itinerary for a half-day outing, as I did not have a car or motorbike to take myself around. I was invited to have dinner with the family one night, which was so lovely to be included. The breakfast was delicious and most days too big to finish in one sitting, so I also had lunch most days! I mostly spent the days chilling in the nice bath on the boat's deck, as my cat enjoyed time in nature. It was an amazing escape from the city and I do hope to return one day! Finally, thank you for saving me...my taxi never showed up, and the sweet owner stepped in to resolve this issue; they organized a driver for me. I feel very grateful to have come here.
