The host was really nice, we arrived really late almost midnight but the host stayed awake for us. In the morning we left early at 7:00 AM , he also woke up for us to check out, really appreciated. The room is clean ,the mattress is nice and the host explained to us everything we need to know. Love it here, we will come back for sure 😊

Excellent location we could walk easily to the shops and restraurants. Entire property was always tidy not a leaf on the ground. The housekeeper was always helpful and very polite. Pool was always perfect for us. If we required a ride bolt was always available. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

The Swiss owner went above and beyond to assist in any way he could I had a medical incident whilst staying there was no argument immediately off to hospital to get sorted I could not have been in better hand s the villa was short of nothing we had resort to our selves on most days we came here as guests but left as friends the food was amazing we did not get ripped off . Rito s assistant Tik she became our go to girl never a problem whatever we wanted we were accommodated my wife. Asked Tik could she get shown Thai cooking lessons not a problem came as guest went as friends Tik tips to Kathy were amazing from spring rolls to pad Thai and other Thai favourites were on the menu I tried to buy Tik a drink and got shooed away rito and Tik make this little piece of Rayong special not far away from beach so we taxid too and from everywhere and no trouble just call them and Tik arrives

The area is quiet and the gardener keeps everything green and nice. We will certainly hire this house again. Easy and near access to the beach and restaurants. Can even get good bread by the bakery near the house. The Mae Phim area and beach is perfect if you want a calm and healing vacation.

Island House Rentals 26, una struttura con terrazza situata a Ko Samed, dista 600 metri da Sai Kaew Beach, 1,3 km da Ao Noi Na Beach e 1,4 km da Spiaggia Ao Phai. This was a super experience for sure. The house is a really good size and all 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is super as you can walk to the pier or the beach easily. One evening the power had failed on our return to the house and even though it was after 10pm, our host got an electrician out to fix the issue. What a great service! There is nothing bad I can say about this house to be very honest, we were sorry we had not booked it for an extra night.

Con una terrazza e una sala comune, Island House Rentals 25 è in un’ottima zona a Ko Samed, a 1,3 km da Ao Noi Na Beach e 1,5 km da Spiaggia Ao Phai. It was a house with three bedrooms for our family of four. There was enough of space for all of us, the location was good, just 4 minutes away from the pier to walk. Easy to reach everywhere, 5 minutes away from the beach. The owner was very friendly and nice.
