This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Police Station is 7.3 km away and Lanta Old Town is 11 km from the chalet. A strong 10/10 for me with this price. You have all the minimum to stay and be confortable (kettle, cuttlery, a few drawers, a minifridge, a ventilator, a mosquito net, even stuff like a broom to clean your room if you need to). Big and confortable bed, clean and big bathroom, calm and pretty garden, nice bird noises and very comfortable even on rainy days. The owner was extremely kind and attentive, offered new clean towels, brought toilet paper and even emptied our outside trash when we were away. We rented a scooter here and it is good and honest price (it's a must with this location). Basically every negative comment that you could read was taken care of during our stay. In the end, it was better than expected for us. We ended up extending.

Beautiful and clean villa. The hosts were very friendly and helpfull. We could always reach them if we had a question. The villa was spacious and had a lot of facilities. It is located in a quite neighbourhood and provides full relaxation. The pool was clean and very lovely to swim in. The view of the ocean was a big plus. We left our luggage at the reception for a day after we’ve checked out. The hosts took good care of us in general.

The place was always clean, the staff always around in case you needed something. They gave us laundry service for a cheap price.

The location is great, you have everything you need in the room and the house , wifi strength was amazing , sparkling clean, and absolutely lovely host/owner (super friendly and had the best recommendations) You can tell she cares about her hotel & guests HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Featuring a garden and views of garden, The Elements Boutique House is a recently renovated guest house located in Phuket Town, 600 metres from Thai Hua Museum. The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 800 metres from Chinpracha House. The accommodation provides luggage storage space and a housekeeping service for guests. Location was excellent (probably the best in Old Phuket Town), as it was just off the main street in a picturesque alley. Room was spacious and clean, and there were amazing complimentary cookies from the host as well. This stay was amazing, and the value proposition is unbeatable. Highly would recommend the Elements to anyone staying in the Phuket area.
