Mr Rabah kindly organised the excursions we wanted to go on beforehand and provided extensive advice on the route's planning even taking the time to have several long conversations before our arrival. All had been arranged by the time we arrived. The breakfasts were banquets and we had long conversations about all sorts. Although we didn't have dinner, Fatima offered to cook for us. I loved Tozeur, the people, the dry climate and the local community feel. Do not look anywhere further than Dar Fatima!

The air conditioning is on the upper level, so it isn't too efficient downstairs, but we were there during a very warm period, above 40 degrees outside, it might be more efficient on cooler days. The breakfast was good, and we could dip in the pool even at night, which was very welcome. The bathroom is great.
